Finally!!!

I am finally starting to feel like I am getting my legs back. I was starting to get a little worried. I actually felt good on last night's work out. The work out was 4 X 800 and it is my last speed work out prior to the marathon. I am supposed to do 4 X 400 next Wednesday but I think I am going to do straight 3.

After a .5 warm up I set out to complete the 4 X 800. I wasn't sure how I was going to feel because of the way my legs have been feeling. My legs felt a little tired but my breathing was spot on. No struggling with this work out. The 800's were run at 3:20 pace. After a .5 mile cool down, I finished with 3.75 miles.

I am really watching what I eat these last couple of weeks. Carbs, carbs, and more carbs, and pretzels.
